The following services have started GPs are encouraged to support these services and refer patients to them where clinically appropriate - this may mean that GPs work with GPWSIs by sharing their GP register information and QMAS data in order to capture patients who may need to be more closely monitored than present within primary care:

1. Heart Failure Clinic led by Dr Ahktar, with Dr Rahman (GPWSI trainee), Dr Joseph (GPWSI) and Dr Kakarti (GPWSI) (this service needs more referrals)
2. Dermatology Service clinics ( a service being developed beyond a purely diagnostic clinic to include see and treat sessions where appropriate) -  Dr Uberoy (GPWSI), Dr Kakad (GPWSI) and Dr Poolo (GPWSI)(Dr Poolo is doing minor surgery element of dermatology)
3. Diabetes contracts have been drawn up the diabetes service but there is further operational work to be undertaken and possibly more consultation with the clinicians to iron out the model of the service to make this operational - Fazal Dooketh is arranging a meeting with the interested GPs and consultants to take this forward.
